A number of independent studies had previously been carried out into the travel issues of the project area. These were gathered together and summarised into an Overview Report, which can be found in Annex A. This desk top study acquainted us with problems previously raised and work done to solve these, and enabled us to see if the same problems were still issues, providing guidance on where we should concentrate our efforts.
