The Pencaitland and District Community Council holds monthly meetings (see our calendar) to address the concerns and aspirations of our community. These gatherings are free for everyone in Pencaitland and the surrounding district to attend. These meetings provide a platform for community members to voice their issues, share ideas, and collaborate on finding effective solutions. By fostering open dialogue and active participation, the council ensures that everyone’s voice is heard and considered in the decision-making process.

In addition to discussing current challenges, the community council focuses on proactive measures to enhance the quality of life in our community. Each meeting culminates in actionable plans aimed at driving positive change and improvement. Whether it’s improving local amenities, organising community events, or addressing safety concerns, the council is dedicated to making our neighbourhood a better place for all. Join us at our next meeting and be part of the conversation shaping our community’s future.
