The funding enabled us to continue employing seven staff – two energy auditors (1.5FTE), three transport project workers (1.5FTE), two joint project coordinators (1.4FTE) and to recruit two extra workers, each contracted to work an average of one day per week, to run the food waste and community energy projects (0.4FTE).
At the start of April 2011, all staff from each of our various projects participated in project planning sessions to clarify their aims and objectives and prepare action plans for the year – see supporting information
