The playpark will be closed from Monday 18th August for approximately one month to allow East Lothian Council to repair the log edging around the play equipment.
As you can see there are quite a few rotten posts and they are set in concrete, so what looks like a small job isn’t.
The work is really necessary as the posts are there to hold back the play bark, which is there to soften any falls.
We are just really pleased that the work is getting done and know that Colin and his team will be working very hard to get it all back in working order.
