Our Projects

Dunbar Community Energy operates within ward 7 of East Lothian. This includes Dunbar, West Barns, East Linton, Stenton and Innerwick. We are looking for sites to make community energy happen :-

• Land for sensitively sited wind turbines.
• Businesses or homes with a south-facing roof for PhotoVoltaic (PV).
• Waterways for sensitively sited hydro-power schemes.
• Land for a coppice woodland.
• Discussions with wind farm developers about substantial community involvement.
