If you have access to chatGTP (a free account should work fine), we have launched an experimental AI driven help service just for OurLocality. It can provide you with the basics. You don’t need a paid account on OurLocality to enjoy it either.

If you have a account on OurLocality you can also chat live with us – find the link in the Welcome menu once logged in. Online chat also has some limited AI abilities, which need additional work. Chat is available obviously when the Pibot is not asleep (10:00 til 4:00 is best), watching a film, on a long walk or doing something else.
If you prefer to deal with a real person, then a paid plan is essential. We’ll support users with admin privileges only and only 1 per site, unless you have bought a powerup, which costs £75. You can use a powerup to add an additional admin to your annual plan, get more space for storage or get an hour of one to one time.
