OurLocality, the East Lothian local website and publishing platform, is 5 years old, while hyperlocals inch slowly towards becoming the new global. For ourlocality to be a) financially sustainable; b) more widely used; and c) scaleable to any community of place or interest, the platform will need further investment. So we are gathering views.
