Restore high value views from positions such as Doon Hill

The rapid industrialisation of Dunbar has not been as well managed as it could have been and consequently many of the outstanding views have been degraded. Restoration of this quality landscape should be conditioned on all industrial and housing developments too, with consideration too for farm buildings.
