If you are considering contributing a project our draft template headings are set out below. We’ll help you do this if you are short of time – which we guess you are.

We’ll be filling in this bit afterwards. Why this project? Is it feasible? Who will lead it and are there possible partners in this project? What should the results / outcomes be? What are the boundaries of this project (what is in and outside the scope)?

Project stage

Early stage (it is just an idea) – Feasibility stage (we’ve defined it but do not know how practical / economic it is) – Implementation (the project is shovel-ready for design and development)

Project risks

Include whether planning permissions and other regulatory requirements must be met. Include insurances and liabilities.

Projected reductions

Either to landfill, efficiency or  by mass, volume or # items.

Project assessment criteria

Reduce / Resource efficiency, Re-use, Recycle, Partnership working, Jobs created

Notes

Many of the projects are likely to be at the initiation phase of project development, so will require further definition and design prior to development/implementation.
