Sparewheels Community Interest Company was set up in 2010 to establish the first car club in East Lothian. We are no longer directly involved in car clubs, but now work to support local sustainable transport projects through our grant funding scheme. Our grant programme is a rolling programme and applications are considered every two to three months.
