Online security is increasingly a chore. Having to remember all those difficult passwords a bore. While it is obvious and unwise to use the internet insecurely, most of us do at times perhaps more often than we think. The sharing economy, social media, cloud services, use of software as a service, just about every conceivable modern transaction uses the internet. The internet in order to work relies on high levels of openness and trust on the one hand and strict protocols on the other, except that we cannot trust everyone and protocols can be circumvented.
