Thanks to everyone who came along and volunteers who helped at our lunch event on 23rd March. The slides and write-up of the Q&A can be found here https://ourlocality.org/insulateinnerwick/2024/04/meet-the-experts-insulate-innerwick-slides/

What’s happening next?

Sharing what you know about your home is one way we can work TOGETHER to tackle fuel poverty and rising bills.

We have been asked to take part in an exciting project across East Lothian, working with other community groups, managed through East Lothian Council.

We want to create a picture of our energy use, using anonymised information about the fabric of our homes. We will be collecting information including the tenure, wall construction, heating type and if you know of any upgrades to the fabric already.

We will be planning with other community groups across the county, including Dunbar and Musselburgh.

You can help!

We hope you will take part in this data collection, and share basic information about your own home.

Please speak to your neighbours about Insulate Innerwick, we are a local project!
