I know which changes I can make to my life to allegedly have a role in slowing or preventing this suffering.<br \/>\n<br \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I find the difficulty is in maintaining these changes to my life.<\/p>\n<p>In practice, leading an ethically sound life is not rewarding.
