A commitment to working as part of a group to guide CoEL&#8217;s work to improve the lives of carers is the most essential quality they need. Knowledge of legal, finance, HR, communications or management issues are always helpful but not essential.<\/p>\n<p>The role is unpaid but expenses are paid.
