Anna adjusting brakesThe days are getting longer, your bike may have been given a battering by the salty winter spray or been having a break in the shed and could do with some TLC.

Sustaining Dunbar are running FREE basic bike maintenance courses that enable you to feel more confident riding your bike. By giving your bike a safety check you can make sure your bike is roadworthy. You will learn how to do basic road/ trailside repairs; change a tube/ mend a puncture and make basic adjustments to gears and brakes.  The classes have two enthusiastic tutors, Dan Waters and Mark James and have a learn by doing focus. Just join up to the Household Canny Project and you can get free instruction.

Just bring along your bike to the Stables, Belhaven Church. We are running four workshops over the coming months, last Friday of the month; Feb 28th, March 28th, April 25th, May 30th.

Next class is Friday February 28th 9-12.30.
