She has 18 years experience of working directly with communities and Local Authorities to involve local people in the analysis of their situations, planning for the future, and organise themselves to make things happen. She contributes skills and tools for participatory community consultation, facilitation, monitoring, evaluation and capacity building, and more besides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sean Watters: Energy Auditor<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_306\" style=\"width: 160px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-306\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-306 \" title=\"Sean Watters\" src=\"http:\/\/ourlocality.org\/dunbar2025\/files\/2011\/03\/Sean-Watters-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Energy Auditor\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-306\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Energy Auditor<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Formerly an architect, with over 10 years experience in the design, specification and management of construction projects.<\/p>\n<p>Sean brings technical and practical knowledge relating to energy efficiency improvements to buildings, an awareness of planning and building control issues.<\/p>\n<p>Sean has experience in education, training, and delivering presentations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mark James: Energy Auditor (part-time)<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_307\" style=\"width: 160px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-307\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-307 \" title=\"Mark James\" src=\"http:\/\/ourlocality.org\/dunbar2025\/files\/2011\/03\/Mark-James-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Energy Auditor\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-307\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Energy Auditor<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Mark has worked in the environmental field for over a decade. Most recently in energy advice. He has a wide range of skills and is a team player.<\/p>\n<p>Mark&#8217;s background is in transport, mostly cycling related projects. He is involved with Dunbar Community Bakery, Cycling Dunbar and other community initiatives.
