It’s time!

It is time to start preparing and planning for this years growing season.

There are all kinds of things we can do to grow more of our own food locally from turning more of our own lawns into food producing gardens to encouraging more food plantings around churches, schools, doctors surgery, police station, street planters, the train station, bus stops, parks, village Halls, along pavements and paths etc.

If you are interested in growing more food locally – come on out Monday February 13th at 7pm to the BeGreen, Dunbar. If you can’t make it to this meeting and want to organise one where you live – let me know.

Check out the Incredibly Edible Dunbar and District website and join the Incredibly Edible Dunbar and District Facebook group. We are looking for people to contribute articles, share ideas, start up workshops – so don’t be shy!
