Enjoy has fixed the wall near the Swimming Pool
As promised Enjoy has repaired the wall between the Harbour and the Swimming Pool and we are all very appreciative of Enjoy’s good work in our area.

Dangerous structures in the Shore and Harbour area
Good news. The dilapidated wall below the swimming pool that was shown in the post dated 24th October will be repaired by Enjoy.
Building Control will repair the wall between the Coastguard Houses and Church Street.
We will let you know when the work has been done.

Scottish Water come up trumps in the Harbour area

Road and pavement repairs in the Harbour Area
We have had a most encouraging response from the East Lothian Council. Parts of the footway on both sides of Church Street and Castle Street are to be rekerbed and resurfaced in early 2012.

Dangerous structures in the Shore and Harbour Area
We found seven examples of potentially dangerous structures in our area during the recent inspection. If they could be tidied up and repaired it would enhance the look of the place.
